Delivery times are an estimate based on our production schedule and carrier timelines. Due to carrier fluctuations we cannot make delivery date guarantees - please plan accordingly!

Standard Shipping: We don’t offer economy shipping only Fedex and UPS
Expedited Shipping: Fedex and UPS 3-5 business days to most destinations
Free Shipping: Free Shipping for local orders over R1000

- Please take a photo of the damaged package before opening

Refunds & Returns

Refunds are available for non-personalized items returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalized items are non-refundable unless defective.

Products or items must be unused and in original packaging to qualify for a refund.

Sizing

Shirts:

All shirts are unisex and run true to size, for further details please go to our sizing guide which is on each listing. If you are unsure of your size I would recommend measuring yourself and checking your size on the sizing guide.

Bespoke Jackets:

All jackets are made as per the size guide availble on each product. Please refer to that to find your perfect fit. Should you require a custom size not available on our size guide please contact us at francoise@swaggapets.com

Selected size is based on the maximum height or width of the sign depending on the physical orientation ie, oval will be from the two longest ends, steak will be from top of sign to bottom of the steak stick
